Challenge by Cintra is an internship program that focuses on these two concepts in order to train young talented professionals. This is a great opportunity to spend a year in an international working environment and to develop your career in different areas of the company, leader in the field of road infrastructures.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Cintra offers 8 international intern positions: 4 for candidates from Spanish universities, 3 for candidates from US universities and 1 for candidates from Portuguese universities.

Interns will spend a 6 month period at one of Cintra’s corporate and business areas in their home country. After learning from the best professionals in the sector with great technical training, those who had shown an excellent performance will have the opportunity to spend 6 months abroad to improve their skills with more practical trainning.

This second phase of the program will be developed in one of the international locations where Cintra operates. Thus, interns will be able to implement what they have learned with the added value of working in a different culture. United States, Canada, Australia, Spain, Ireland, UK or Portugal are some of the countries where Cintra headquarters are located and where the selected candidates of Challenge by Cintra could complete their training.
